Shipping and Exchange

Please review the policies carefully, because these are terms of your purchases at Sunbeam Food’s, online store. We set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including all the limitations and exclusions. You would have to agree on all, so be certain you understand them agreements before placing order.

*Note: stated terms are only applicable if we are informed seven (07) days after delivery.
*Note: There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

  • For the payment of the products, we follow the global method. You can use any of the following method to transfer the payment to us before dispatching your order or you can also use our service of Cash on Delivery. We accept the following payment methods to meet the best requirement of our customer:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Cash on Delivery
    • Jazz Cash – 0335 4004001
    • Easy Paisa – 0335 4004001
  • We offer you ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of the products within 7 days after the payment is done if:
    • Products are damaged.
    • The product is different from those you ordered.
    • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, etc.
  • In such cases, we are responsible to entertain all the queries within 7 days if:
    • The product is not used.
    • Product is Not changed
  • After getting your damaged product our team will review your returned product and will make an exchange as soon as possible to avoid any dispute.
  • All the exchanges will be done according to the invoice for the returned product.
  • Discounted items couldn’t be exchanged.

Order Cancellation

  • Order can be cancelled by both sides, either from the company or by you.
  • You can cancel your order within 2 hrs. of order placement and can buy another product from our store at the same price.
  • We don’t offer you a “refund” on any ordered product if the product is cancelled by you.
  • We can also cancel your product because of any common reason if:
    • The product is out of stock.
    • Payment error.
  • In this case, you can apply for a “refund”, or also can make a purchase within the ordered price amount.
  • We don’t store Credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
